Protein Shake Blahs

Wow, this liquid diet is harder than I thought it would be. If I lived alone, I could have cleared out the fridge of all the food and not been tempted by anything. But since the dh and kids would not agree to that (haha) I have to smell and see the yummy food they are eating every day. I think after surgery it might be a bit easier since I probably won't feel like eating as much, nor will I be able to physically hold very much in my new small tummy.
